The brief: Development of on-pack illustrations for a tea brand.
The context: The Meßmer tea house is a german quality brand with history, founded in 1852, later received the status of purveyor by appointment to the court of Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm I. Today still very present on the market with a large variety of tea products, the Meßmer executives developed the launch of their “Profi-line” range, which is especially targeted to clients in the field of catering, gastronomy and the hotel industry.
What I did: In order to emphasize the different tastes and characters of this “well being”- concept tea variety, I created a family of flora & fauna inspired icons. The illustration style had to be light and not too detailed in order to fit in the developed packaging design.
