The publisher of the American VL magazine was looking for a “mascot” as visual anchor to headline some VL branded editorials and theirs weekly newsletters.
My task was to create a sleek, sophisticated silhouette of a fox. It bridges the gap between Virginia’s traditional equestrian/fox-hunting culture and contemporary magazine aesthetics.
VIRGINIA LIVING by Cape Fear Publishing is a glossy, bimonthly regional lifestyle magazine that celebrates the people, places, history, and traditions of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The lovely team at A&M Sylt, the Island premium provider for high-end holiday apartments, asked me to design this year’s bottle for their exclusive vermouth!
The stylistic inspiration? The charm of antique Dutch tiles – combined with delicate maritime decor and the iconic Kampen thistle. A true piece of Sylt for your home bar!

Selected by PAULANER, one of Munich’s six traditional Oktoberfest breweries, to illustrate the official visual theme for this year’s Oktoberfest Bier campaign.
The goal was to capture the authentic, vibrant spirit of the world’s largest Volksfest while honoring Paulaner’s deep-rooted Bavarian heritage.

This was a fun project, commissioned by Gauge Branding, a Chicago-based wine industry brand design strategist.
They asked me to recraft and vectorize the existing, low-res pixel-based “Spring Mountain” wine estate logo.
The goal was to create a new version with improved usability, while maintaining the gold/metal look & feel as closely as possible.
Napa’s renowned Spring Mountain winery has a rich history, founded in the late 1800s, with a string of notable former owners, including Swiss banker Jacob Safra.
The location served as the backdrop for the popular TV show “Falcon Crest” in the 1980s.
Austrian branding agency Adpartners asked me to create a variety of simplified animal heads for their Zoo map.
At the foot of the Nordkette, above the rooftops of Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, lies the Alpine Zoo at an altitude of 750 m.
On just over 5 hectares, around 2,000 Alpine animals from about 150 species are kept in enclosures, terrariums and aquariums designed to resemble their natural habitats.

This lovely collaboration was about the refresh of the “Chui” Leopard icon for one of East Africa’s most popular beer brands, Serengeti.
UK based brand specialists Marks asked me to recraft the Leopard brand icon in a dynamic diagonal design to convey energy and movement, aiming to modernize its image while celebrating Tanzanian pride and optimism.
The new leopard icon is central to the design, embodying strength, agility, and dignity, while maintaining the unique brand heritage and symbolizing Serengeti’s future-focused direction.

Frei Öl® is a manufacturer of high-quality oil-based, innovative skincare products made in Germany. I have been asked to create on-pack illustrations in a simplistic line drawing style for three of their products: a massage oil for pregnant women, a figure shaping oil, and facial cleansing oil. In 2022, Frei Öl® was named “Brand of the Century” in the product category “skin oil”, which is a recognition for great German brands and companies that have set standards in their field.
Cattle head illustration for a new brand label for the Swiss sausage and meat delicatessen manufacturer Künzli. It is used to promote the Swiss Limousin breed, whose meat is valued by gourmets for its unique aromatic taste and high quality.
Recrafting the Bond 7 lion and barrel brand icon, in adding more personality and make it feel stylistically ownable, developed in line with the new look of the packaging.
