BluNiche is a specialist in a very specific sector of insurance called “Product Recall”, particularly for clients in the FOOD & BEVERAGE and AUTOMOTIVE industry.

My design brief objectives were to create a clean and simple brand identity icon, aiming to differantiate from any brand logos of competitors, containing the shades of the colour blue.

Who's that guy?

Mr. Bosch was a German industrialist, engineer and inventor.

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is one of Europe’s largest foundations associated with a private company.

With its charitable activities, it contributes to the areas of health, education, and global issues.

I have been asked to provide an illustrative portrait of the founder Robert Bosch, to appear in appropriate stature, but with a friendly touch.

German pioneer of thoroughly healthy pet food, Interquell asked me to create an
illustrative key visual for their „Natural Life Concept“. It is their latest development
of an „All-in-One“ formula of active ingredients and nutritions for dogs.

My challenge was to create the depiction of a dog’s head in combination with a leaf,
symbolizing the natural food ingredients, later to be finalized as the new concept label.

Say cheese!


Sustainable products from regional organic milk farms are the specialty of the German dairy manufacturer „Gläserne Molkerei“.

I had the pleasure to assist Hamburg based brand strategists INTEGRITY DESIGN to create a new
„Cheesemaster“. The so-called „Kesselmeister“ gives the cheese range of the „Gläserne Molkerei“ an unmistakable brand identity.

My task was to give the portrayal an authentic, friendly and believable personality.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade !


Just in time for the coming summer season, the German beverage giant Berentzen Group launched a new range of herbal lemonades. With less sugar, vegan and sustainably produced.

Hamburg-based Brand consultancy Pahnke, responsible for the Brand design, asked me to create a symbolic “ Herbal fairy“ illustration, to work fine as a visual Anker on their bottle label design.

12,000-year-old grains are making a comeback!


Illustrative brand identity logo for the Swiss association of integrated grain farmers.

Ancient grains like „Emmer Einkorn“ are making a comeback thanks to farmers and chefs dedicated to the old ways.

Slow-food and sustainability:

Compared to mass-produced grains, these grains grow deeper into the soil, collecting more nutrients from the soil and water, producing a nutritionally superior, more flavorful grain.

Thinking about retirement?

Bethesda Alterszentrum AG is a supra-regional association in the field of housing, care and nursing for the elderly, which is a non-profit. They operate various retirement and care facilities in German-speaking Switzerland. Beside the use of classic photography, some additional illustrations were requested for the overall brand relaunch.

The challenge:
I was asked to visually highlight three different service divisions. These should work in one very simplified continuous dashed line, working fine for print, as well as to be displayed each as animated illustration on the rejuvenated Bethesda – website.
